OCG: LIMIT OVER COLLECTION -THE HEROES- & -THE RIVALS- Announced
Overview
Konami has announced two brand-new special packs, LIMIT OVER COLLECTION -THE HEROES- and LIMIT OVER COLLECTION -THE RIVALS-, coming to the OCG in early 2026! Releasing on February 28th and March 20th respectively, these packs celebrate the iconic 'Protagonists' and 'Rivals' from across the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series.
The headline feature of this collection is the introduction of brand-new "Overframe" cards, a stunning new design where the illustration bursts out of the traditional card frame! To make them even more sought-after, a limited number of the Prismatic Secret Rare "Overframe" cards will feature a unique serial number.
In addition, these sets will include numerous cards from past anime series making their OCG debut, alongside reprinted fan-favorites with brand-new illustrations!

The special packs 'LIMIT OVER COLLECTION -THE HEROES-', featuring cards inspired by the 'Protagonist' and 'Rival', will be released on Saturday, 28th February 2026. 'LIMIT OVER COLLECTION -THE RIVALS-' will be released on Friday, 20th March 2026 (a public holiday).
This pack introduces 'Overframe' cards, featuring a card design where the illustration bursts out of the frame – a new charm for the 'OCG'. Furthermore, among the Prismatic Secret Rare 'Overframe' cards, a limited number will feature a 'Serial No.'. Additionally, it includes numerous cards making their debut in the 'OCG' from past anime series, and some reprinted cards feature new illustrations!
